Refund policy

Returns: We do not allow full returns. We offer an exchange for store credit within 14 days of delivery for non customized orders. Custom and Sale items are final sale. To exchange an eligible item purchased online, simply reach out to us withlovebylexs@gmail.com or DM us on instagram @withlovebylex. 

*If the item is the wrong size, we can exchange your product for a different size by paying for the difference in price + shipping cost. 

Broken Jewelry: Due to delicacy of homemade jewelry, it can break if not properly taken care of. We have a 3 month warranty on all products if the item is coming unraveled or breaks due to the manufacturing error we are happy to replace for free. If it is stretched of broken we can restring - The fixing fee for the jewelry is $15 + shipping both ways.
